Reservar.&lt;br /&gt;Mezclar en un bol la carne picada con un huevo batido , un poco de sal y perejil.&lt;br /&gt;echar la mezcla en una sarten con aceite de oliva, dejar pochar un rato . Reservar.&lt;br /&gt;triturar las patatas hasta obtener un puré.&lt;br /&gt;Mezclar una cucharadita de puré de patata y otra de carne picada . Hacer&lt;br /&gt;una bola.&lt;br /&gt;pasar por huevo batido y pan rallado.
